Once the item is received at the warehouse, it takes around seven days for the return to be processed. The return will then be applied to your financial institution in another three to five business days.
You need a receipt and return request to have your return processed.
Products that were on Sale simply can not be returned.
It can take three to five business days for you to see a refund sent to your financial institution. Processing times vary with different financial organizations, so it’s best to reach out to them directly to see when it may post.
ONLINE PURCHASE REFUND
When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund of your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Once the return has been made, we will send you an email with confirmation.
If more than 10 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your financial institution so that they can help you speed up the process.
